This is my multimedia post. Success has always been a huge topic for me. I have also always felt that failure is what leads you to success. However, this video demonstrates another element which is necessary to obtain on your path to success. This characteristic happens to be motivation. Without motivation you will not go very far in whatever you are doing. It really hit me when the guy said, "When you want to succeed, as bad as you want to breath, you will be successful." I truly feel this hits the nail on the head, because the people who truly are the absolute best at what they do, are those who put their minds to it and are up working towards their goals, when the rest are sleeping.
