Ad Differences


This is a Pepsi ad from the 1950's. It seems as if you cant even see any Pepsi cans or anything at all really to do with the soda. I think this ad targets adults and teens who are young and in love. This ad is trying to show you that Pepsi is the now.




This is a current ad from Pepsi in 2012. This is probably the definition of what it is to show rather than to tell. The ad from 1950 has a lot of writing on it and really tries to sell you it. But this ad just makes you want a soda.

  2. I like how you got completely different ads, you can really see the not only the difference in ads but the difference in generations and how society accepts ads.
